Get More Info. Complete this form and a CSU representative will contact you about your specific educational goals.
Complete the eLearning Readiness Assessment.
Complete and sign application for admission.
$30 non-refundable application fee (check or money order made payable to Cleveland State University if completing paper application).
Official high school transcript or GED scores for undergraduate applications.
Official transcripts from all regionally accredited colleges and universities attended other than Cleveland State (including post-baccalaureate course work).
College Prep Form (current high school students only).
International students must also submit official Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) scores and Financial Verification Form.

Application Dates and Deadlines
Applications for admission are accepted throughout the year. Students are strongly encouraged to apply as early as possible as space is limited in certain academic programs. All students must be admitted before receiving financial aid and scholarships.
